If you change your profile picture, handle and username, can you just reinvent yourself on the same twitter account? Would people notice you're the same person?

I don't think so. People buy and sell accounts like this, I've seen a totally random account I was apparently following show up on my feed and I don't know who it used to be. You can't change username as a blue check or else you lose the blue check.
