Women are way more into sexual submission than anything else, and men are sorta vaguely 'into everything.' This is one of the most fascinating things to me. So far I've heard some casual theories about why this is, but not the level of discourse I'd expect from something so wild

but even if that's not the answer - why is this not one of the most common points of research and discussion i do not understand. this feels like a giant gurgling pit of juicy findings to pull out and write articles about and then get into wars on twitter over.

Is there any evidence for men not being into the active part to the same extent women are into the passive part?

I did a big survey a few years ago that said this, as well as mostly every poll i've done asking about this on my twitter, as well as like... romance novels and iirc other studies too?https://knowingless.com/2017/07/03/sexualtaboos/ …

I think you're right on the money here. Evolution fucks us all in the end.

It's not just evolution, it's sexual selection. Presumably if women are into sexual aggression they would select mates who have high sexual aggression, which should persist and become dominant in offspring. But women *don't* consistently choose high aggression (high-T) males.

We have twice as many female ancestors as male ancestors.

There's also "subliminal" peer pressure out there for men to be Tops and to dominate women, yes that still exists though it's more low key then before. The ignorance and fear still persists. Hope? As free societies become more educated they also tend to become more equal.

This aspect has been studied by scholars. The most economically prosperous countries are also the countries with the most gender equality. When the "geniuses" figure out that oppressing their women is also holding back their families income potential maybe they'll wake up.

This narrative seems pretty historically accurate (for a bunch of salient historical cultures - ancient China, Inca empire, etc.)
