would you support the right for parents to legally end the life of children who are proven beyond-a-doubt to be severely, permanentally mentally handicapped; e.g., cannot function on their own, needs help going to the bathroom, cannot be left unsupervised

I mean in the US most humane euthanasia is outlawed across the board so maybe the results shouldn't be a surprise. But it's like... people might want to integrate the idea that humans have the choice to end a life and there might be times when death is the gentler outcome

I'd agree with the choice to end *their own* lives. Ending someone else's (especially without their consent) is not right regardless of how much 'gentler' it may be
