Do you get a mild tingling, pins-and-needles sensation in the skin that's about to sweat right before it starts sweating?

yes, but it only happens when I haven't sweat (sweated?) in a while. It's like the glands aren't used to it. When I was working out every day, I never got the feeling. When I was much more sedentary, it would happen any time I would start to sweat.

Yeah agreed, I get itchy, then it goes away, but yeah it always happens when I haven’t gone to the gym in a few weeks and get back into it

I'm not sure if the thing I'm describing is itchy, I think that might be a different thing but I'm not sure? I get strong tingling but it's not itchy at all

I get like pricky needles but they also somewhat itch for a moment, as soon as I sweat enough it all stops

Okay i think i know what you're talking about; i notice this around exercise sometimes, it's like the surface of my skin is being pricked slightly. But that is in fact not what I meant to ask about in the og poll! I get a tingle, not itch, in the palms of my hands.
