yeah it’s hard to trust other people with your content and even harder to trust someone to know what tf they’re doing

yeah! And it takes a ton of really specialized knowledge that takes a while to learn. Like the first few months would likely be super hands-on training, and maybe they wouldn't be great at it after i trained them
