yeah! And it takes a ton of really specialized knowledge that takes a while to learn. Like the first few months would likely be super hands-on training, and maybe they wouldn't be great at it after i trained them

May sound odd, but have you thought of do that for other people in your field? Be like coach or manager for them, I would imagine they may not want to put in the same kind of work but it would set them up.
