LSD was known as the thing that made you jump out of windows, but on reasonable, low doses with proper instruction and care, it's actually incredible and super low risk. Are there any other drugs that get a bad rap but are actually pretty great when used very carefully?

PCP is an anaesthetic that doesn't immobilize you. It makes it possible for you to climb over a razor wire fence, since you won't feel the pain, but it's not like it makes you *inclined* to do so. The horror stories are not representative, and possibly fabrications.

I haven't tried it, but it sounds like a rather interesting hallucinogen. I'd probably want to do it indoors with a sober person around though.

I’ve had overwhelmingly positive experiences with the drug. Not dissimilar to Ketamine, I enjoy the profound instrospection that comes with the loss of ego and sense of detachment. But I also endeavor to use it in a safe and comfortable place and always with a trusted friend.

There is also risk of injury because you can't feel your body. I stretched too far and pulled a hammy.

If you can make positive pitch for Ketamine, you could make one along similar lines for PCP potentially. Similar drugs.
