I know you're focused on improving your image, but this seems overly extreme. I personally find that the people that over empathise for beauty often start to look really warped and weird, almost like some lizard. Organs are important, its not worth it to remove em imo

What a horrifying thought. And look up girls with ostomies. They got so much removed that they shit in a pouch and they haven't exactly caved in.
