Yeah, strictness of "sexual partner" definitions makes it less clear. I think I'd be hesitant at 1:1 odds for the same reasons. (Re: accountability, I think "can publically tar your real name as an oathbreaker" is a pretty strong deterrent, so you just need e.g. a FB profile.)
