Easy too, they both tell each other everything is fair game except a finger in the butt and they all insert their fingers in each other's butt.
Its a logistic nightmare but not outside of the realm of possibilities. Would be easier if they all have different no-no's

saying no would imply a perpetrator-centered view of it as supposed to a victim-centered view, no? eg "cant be rape if there wasnt a rapist/a culpable person" as opposed to "its rape because someone was raped, ie had nonconsensual sex happen to them" or whatever.

I find you argument to *support* "no".
Rape is not when one (perp) tries to have sex with someone (vic) again their will. It's when the vic has sex against their will (by perp).
Since both parties want sex with the other, it's not rape.

There was a case - at UChicago I think?? - where two students had what by ~2012 standards would be a mutual hookup, but both students went to the campus authorities to report each other for possible sexual misconduct the next day.
