Men, did you know you can get jaw filler for a dope jawline? Build it up slowly and nobody in your life will remember a time you didn't look like superman. But srsly it seems like a (relatively) low cost, temporary, safe method of being hotter, more men should do it.

I'd say people notice most modifications, good or bad. It's not so much that always looks bad, but that it often looks like something was done. "What would you think if I got a nose job?" "I think you'd look like a person with a nose job."

Malformed question philosophically. The question is do you look *better* to a statistically significant degree, weighed against the cost it took to perform? Also, does said "better" (if appicable) afford you objective benefits which you previously would have been denied?
