What does intentionally mean here? Like you chose the activity or action that broke the bone knowing it was dangerous or that you actively sought to make sure the bone was broken

I feel like... "intentionally" has gotta be a tiny category. I've known people to express various types of self-harm, bone-breaking has never been one of them.
