A lot of my life plan is focused on making sure that if I do have children, I won't ever have to send them to school

Is that based on a bad personal experience or some philosophical construct?

Oh just school seems like one of the great tragedies of our time, destroying the creativity of children everywhere, I wanna spare my kids that

The issue is not so much academic but psycho-social. Children who go to kindergarten and pre-school develop much faster intellectually and socially. I'm not sure if depriving them of that could be a good idea.

Except school social settings are really abnormal and expose children to a bizarre single segment of age group as their peers.
When I was homeschooled, we socialized regularly with kids and adults of varyinging ages, which imo was much healthier.

Goodluck with that...especially socializing them with other kids their age. The girls who were homeschooled and came to my high school ended up very promiscuous but if educating them to protect themselves is regularly talked about then...but the one boy was very shy, never spoke

Homeschoolers socialize with each other, there's lots of communities dedicated to it!

Wildschooled/homeschooled. All done. ‘Twas a dream of joy. Note to younger self. Chill out, connect, and be curious.
