imo ppl saying my poly culture is finally figuring out trad lifestyles from basic principles are missing the point - i think we've valued a lot of trad aspects the entire way through and yall have just been misunderstanding our actual positions this whole time.

Read lifestyles are just self interest without socio economic context, as such, trad lifestyles are worthless on their own. If you are willing to live a trad life it should come to you as a result of a long consideration of your self interest and position within society.
