I think this poll is misleading, because I suspect a large portion of the blue answers are talking about systemic racism, not personal racism.

Would like to see the generational breakdown. Pretty sure the educated millennials and younger crowd is going to skew heavily for the racial discrimination + power definition.

The elites definition drives me insane because it assumes power is generalized/universal, and power is instead local and contextual. It doesn’t mean whites don’t have major advantages, it means there isn’t a hard and fast rule for the power side.

as long as ppl agree on a definition for a conversation or a paper, it doesn't really matter. its about the same all around anyways

Fascinating to see the levels vary like this, though it could be argued that a social bias/mentality would be more prevalent in the smaller social circles afforded by colleges and the like.
