If your country's tax rate became a flat % on all income, the same % regardless of the income of the person, what % would be ideal?

Then you're an idiot. You enjoy governmental services every second that you are alive. Taxes pay for them. Be mad at the corruption, but not the taxes. Japan has a tax of about 31% and is one of the best countries to live in. Less corruption.

We were taxed to hell and back via import/export, and "dues" which are just taxes. I will repeat myself. The problem is the corruption. Not the taxes. We pay 7% to fed, yet only about 3% actually goes where it's supposed to.
