That's the top 1% of people who reported income. I think if you look at the top 1% by net worth, the results would be different.

You don't pay taxes from net worth. You pay taxes on income. Not on your house or stock going up in market value

"ways that are not taxable" The evidence is right in front of you that they are being taxed. Significantly. For every Bezos who's gamed the system, there'd be a thousand others paying their fair share. 37.3% of revenue from 1% of ppl suggests they're contributing significantly.
