I have cheek filler! Just wanted to make a data point more visible. But also uh, yeah plastic surgery earns girls more money almost hands down. A boob job basically equals an automatic raise. The market knows what it wants, and the suppliers are supplying.

Yeah true, I just wanted to data point what filler can look like. I do agree I don't think I have instagram face. And I think it percolates outside of sex work? Like, I view sex work as a charicature type signifier of what the incentives are in the civvie market

I also think that figuring out what the opposite gender wants is a thing people are really good at (areas where this appears to not be the case I think are small and relative), and I think everyone is doing what sex workers are doing, to a lesser degree
