The "woke" definition of racism focuses on power dynamics instead of simple discrimination. The implication is that the race that holds "the power" is the only race that can be racist. The woke version therefore allows for facially discriminatory policy to pass muster.

Take all the labels out. Black communities are underserved. Does it make sense to say it's racist to invest more in bring them to equal footing via programs that help them in particular? "Power dynamics" is an idea that is very much in the Rights mind.

The Kendi "anti racism" framework seems to me to be an intentional effort to justify public policy that is explicitly racially discriminatory in favor of blacks.

Lol you think white people experience discrimination? You've never achieved anything because you're unremarkable, my dude. Not because anyone is discriminating against you. J. fucking Christ

I was once booted from an internet chatroom because I was white. I hadn't said a single word. Would you consider this racial discrimination?

I mean sure, I'm just curious if you apply this universally. Are you similarly ok with black ppl getting kicked out of white-only spaces?
