Would you support a law that made it illegal for someone to intentionally attempt to get someone else to rape them, aka 'rape baiting'?

But, like, how would you file charges? "The complainant states that he believed he was forcibly raping the accused at the time..."

As with all verdicts, you’re innocent until proven guilty... this would setup some fucked up scenarios...

To those saying this is a non-issue, I have a family member who has repeatedly done this to males in our family — even as a youth, to the extent that you were not allowed to be alone with them. Like— gave herself the bruises to try and prove. Totally debunked claims, but happens

I feel like this is such a small group of people we're talking about that individual differences would... well, make the difference between allowing/not allowing.
Case-by-case is possible, so why force the choice one way or the other?

Sounds like something that would be impossible to define without creating ample opportunity to target innocents.
Many such cases.

Do they “want” to get raped as kink, to sue and/or bribe for $$, or for another reason?
