POC are disproportionately impacted by poverty, which makes it harder for them in many areas of life. But shouldn't our reaction to this be helping the poor, most of which will be POC, instead of helping POC, of which a minority will be poor?

It's not about when you bought, it's about when you understand it and become a true hodler. Money printing is the source of impoverishment. Cantillon effect means it's effectively regressive tax. The wealthy use housing as money because the USD is no good, raising living cost.
