U either believe in a god or you’re not convinced (atheist). Excitement is irrelevant. Whereas u can believe in equal rights and still choose not to be a feminist. Feminism is a movement. Atheism simply describes one not being convinced by the god argument

Like new atheism with Islam, feminism is now presenting problems by conflicting with the interests of a more favored group. Both were at their peak when it was politically safe to hold a consistent position.

Atheism is slowly gaining ground in the long term, this is apparently a global trend. The current wave of woke feminism in the western world will hopefully at some point fizzle out. I am fairly optimistic.
