When asked if ppl would make someone a dictator for the US, 47% said no - but when I asked people to report their political leanings in *addition* to if they'd make someone a dictator, 60% said no.

My theory is people are more likely to choose an answer that looks better when they know their tribal affiliation is going to be visible.
Also, this might be good way to figure out which answers people consider to "look better" in other questions too!
