Predict: what's your estimated likelihood that by the start of 2025, it will be legal to be publicly transphobic in the us; e.g., you will face no legal repercussions for explicitly stating clear transphobic ideas on social media

With transphobia being vaguely defined as types of ideas including "trans women are men", "people become trans as a sexual fetish/for attention", "trans people are more often predators", and "minors should not be allowed to transition"

we are never going to make it illegal to be bigoted in any way. It never has and never will. Things that are illegal is being bigoted at your employee during work. other than that, it has always been free reign. Dono how this question is interesting.

Not only are many of the responses to these polls ridiculous, I think many submitting them don't even really believe them. (And I'd say that's the more charitable interpretation.) My suspicion is that many of the responses are expressions of sentiment rather than credence.

Is this a real question? People are still homophobic on social media right now with no legal repercussions. We have a 1st Amendment.
Losing work or being deplatformed is another matter, but you specified legal risk.

I would like some clarity on the use of “legal”? Being thrown off of social media has nothing to do with our laws unless we have the government regulate them.
