This is maybe the most horrifying manifestation of wokeness to me; wokeness is explicitly against so many of the things that create good mental health - internal locus of agency, freedom from shame, validation of your pains, searching for understanding in the things you judge.

You may get brigaded equally as often, but from what I've seen, it seems you tweet that people should be reaching out to poor white opiate addicts more than tweeting the same about reaching out to say, homeless POC.
