Ok so I don't feel like I really understand the storming of the Capitol. It feels surreal, like a dream. How big is Qanon, right wing conspiracy stuff? Where did it come from, why is it here? Is this an inevitable result of the internet? What the hell is happening?

's first book The Dark Net -- rather old now but for "where it came from" that's an advantage. Also there's a chapter on camgirls so you can audit his comprehension/honesty.

for the first time, and then he walked into a bookstore, and the first rando book he picked up was the Dark Net; he flipped through it and saw my name. Bizarre coincidence!
