This is maybe the most horrifying manifestation of wokeness to me; wokeness is explicitly against so many of the things that create good mental health - internal locus of agency, freedom from shame, validation of your pains, searching for understanding in the things you judge.

that is the point. the "woke" people know only a miserable existence to the point where they want to destroy anything outside of the misery and depression. it's that whole "we hate this and so should you" mentality that they have that i wish would just die off.
