Apparently in all of the BLM protests, which were both peaceful and sometimes very violent (including storming at least one government building), only one unarmed person was shot to death by police.

I'm only aware of one person _at all_ being shot by police re: BLM. And they had a gun, and were scaring people by having their finger on the trigger. A police officer got shot in the head that day too. But my info could be out of date on that.

'Nine of the people killed during protests were demonstrators taking part in Black Lives Matter protests. Two were conservatives killed after pro-Trump “patriot rallies”. All but one were killed by fellow citizens.'
As for the exception...

I read through the wikipedia article for deaths during blm protests and counted the ones that involved law enforcement, i forget the name but the unarmed guy shooting seemed unjustified from the description

this pic exactly when she was shot. She saw 4 officers through that door with guns pointed. They yelled to stop at least 3 times, if not more. She chose to call their bluff. She chose poorly.

Is this just checking *during* the protests? And not including the deaths that were often the impetus for those protests?

weirdly, and I know it might seem strange, but there are worse things than death... especially if you're on the receiving end.

No it was more than 1 by "police" and even more if you include law enforce/military who may not necessarily be police, such as the National Guard.

Agreed, but LOL at one government building. They burned down ONE police precinct, and tried in others.
They broke into *one* government building... in my city of 450k.
