Your first step is to take your TikToks and upload them as reels, this will drive immense organic traffic.
Secondly, live and collab stories will be your next best organic plays.

Use hashtags. Post with hashtags enter into the hashtag feed, and people seem to watch those.

The best instagrams (imo) are themed but it also needs to be original or at the very least an original twist on something that other folks are doing. You could hide something in every photo you post, a small framed photo of a gnome or something like that.

I know only one really important thing, never mention that you you work(ed) in sex business. This will blacklist you or even get you banned quite easily.
