If you haven’t seen it, I cannot recommend “The Planets” series highly enough - either the or the versions both are incredible. It is some next level mind blowing nerd entertainment.

it’s interesting to think about the sheer scale of the universe in tandem with the events of today. At one scale, something seems all-consuming and important, at another utterly meaningless

It gives me great pleasure to visualize myself as no more than a tiny dot on Earth, Earth as a tiny dot in the Milky Way, the Milky Way as a tiny dot in the Virgo galaxy cluster, and then Virgo as a tiny dot in the Laniakea supercluster.
