More likely more horny than not, but there are plenty of other explanations, so it only raises my horniness expectation by a smidge. Raises my thought she ran into a new source (maybe she is reading a sex pun book she finds clever) by a bit more!

Male and no, sex jokes/puns usually seem to serve a comedic purpose, rather than a sexually arousing one, so I would assume the same for the motivations behind the joke/pun. Not that being horny would never be a cause, I just don't assume that it is.
