Here's a list of ppl I've blocked on twitter up until December. There's no way to autoblock this list on my other accounts, but I imagine it'd be pretty easy with a script?

This is a really good blocking policy honestly. With arguments/discussions, I do a similar thing. I’ll discuss until the other person slings and insult. Then I let them know they just invalidated their argument and move on.

I think a little python or R script through the twitter API would do the trick too

Disagreement is good when productive (which usually takes the form of a discussion, not an insult).

The rule I've tried to follow is: don't block anyone. Sometimes I do regret that choice though.
