That’s telling right there. I’ve noticed that when it comes to lifestyles people are FAR less accepting than orientations. Even media inclusion is low/non existent for poly while media has gotten far more inclusive of LGBTQIA+ community I wonder how many years til that changes

Fwiw I consider polyamory much closer to an orientation than a lifestyle. I feel like I'm naturally poly, like I could not consciously be not poly, like this is an unshakeable and core part of who I am. It absolutely does not feel like a choice to me.

If this is regarding your opinion (on another post) that poly people are more oppressed than gay people, and there is more of a stigma regarding being poly vs being gay/bi, I definitely agree with you. As long as everything is consensual there should be no issued with either.
