Were women not treated like children for 100s of years by the European cultures that formed modern western society?
Ascribing responsibility to women and men individually is odd to me, surely toxic feminity and masculinity come from entrenched patriarchal structures?
It's funny we hear that but also nothing about how men were the ones expected to go die in wars. In a different frame (not that I necessarily agree) you could argue that women had the advantage due to amount of physical danger they were protected from that men weren't
I'm not really sure what you mean, I think we all know that men were the ones being sent to die in wars and that was precisely because they weren't treated like children. You want your most effective soldiers surely?
