I like spicy food and hot showers. The trouble with really hot showers though is they dry out my skin. So I really shouldn't.

For what it’s worth, I have liked hot showers longer than spicey foods. Maybe this has something to do with being in the north east. It was not until I moved to San Diego that spicy foods entered the scene.
