Can the next president we get be young, a bit quiet, experienced in public and private sectors (including entrepreneurship), grew up poor, is maybe a little gay or trans or poly or a woman or something just for some spice, and likes separation of corporations, church and state?

If separation of corporation and state means eliminating near-immunity from personal liability for corporate directors and parents, we would end up with a very different world indeed.

Seperation between coporations and state would be amazing...like seriously it would be so good...but doesn't capitalism always mean that cooperations effectively become the state...I need to go back and read "5000 years of debt"...sure he talked about it in there somewhere....

The government should have the upper hand. I don't think it would be good for the relationship to be symmetrical. Though I agree that there should be some governmental restraint in intervention (due to unintended consequences).

Why would the optimum amount of government interference be to create corporations but stop exactly after that?

How would you have an impartial and objective government body? Who are the laws written for?

How about a president who's a tool to the corporate world but with a little bit of virtue like this?https://twitter.com/dcexaminer/status/1345886892206792704 …

I don't think our laws or our current political environment as it stands today would make sure corporations wouldn't violate our rights or lie. Maybe in a perfect world I'd agree with you but not as it is now.

Few people understand what negative rights are. Plus one for going there, but minus one for not explaining,
