Can the next president we get be young, a bit quiet, experienced in public and private sectors (including entrepreneurship), grew up poor, is maybe a little gay or trans or poly or a woman or something just for some spice, and likes separation of corporations, church and state?

Also guys separation of corporation and state go both ways; ideally corporations would have no control over lawmaking, would get no handouts or favorable treatment, and laws would have no control over corporations beyond making sure corps don't violate negative rights or lie

The ENTIRETY of modern politics is set up to filter out such people.
It grew into the gap left by decades of consumerist individualism, civic disengagement, and alienation.
Politics has evolved into an industry for manufacturing consent, selling compliance & self-deception.

tbh it would be pretty funny to have a president that was quantifiably 'a little gay'

i mean they can be most of those things, as long as they make deals behind closed doors to keep the status quo and they take big donor money. that part wont change as long as we have the 2 party system with corporately ran parties in league with the media.
