I'm thinking how to start tracking my moods. The system should be very low effort (the more difficult the system to use the less I'm likely to stick with it, and I already have many things on my platter). It should have backups built-in. And ease of graphing / analysis.

I'm about to hit 1000 days recorded on Daylio; here's some stats about stuff I discovered is correlated with my mood! The thing being measured is at the top of the screen, and can be either a mood (showing activity correlates) or activity (with mood correlates)
