As much as I'd hate to say it, there is probably a kernel of truth in this, in that receptivity or submission is necessary. Though that is *not the same* as saying that women should not be choosy and engage in uncritical sex-positivity

I think men are also more into submission as well, if you remove the gender part is just a general desire to relinquish control by a population that is tired of keeping up.
