I worked in a kitchen. Between burns and cuts and standing on my feet for 10 hours straight without a break, I was always in pain. Most of the people I worked with self-medicated a lot afterwards or during just to make it through their shifts.

Yup I delivered mail for a year. Although the route was always the same, the number of packages and seasonal weather was enough to make it an absolutely brutal job.
