Male easier, but it took me quite a while to figure out I was wrong. About the latter.

Interesting, percent wise 40% felt it was easier no matter the gender (at 560) votes. I'm surprised the split is the same

Growing up where I did...everyone I knew worked harder (farm, ranch, forestry jobs) as kids than they have as adults (it made us all want to go to college).
We couldn't wait for school to start again.
Kids would join the wrestling team rather than go home and milk/feed cows.
