We used MPC for the manufacturer and black box for the distribution. We're planning on switching to pandagm for manufacturing and are looking for a new distributor now.

There weren't a lot of options that would ship in the criteria we wanted - small batches at first, small cards, cheap enough. We made a spreadsheet of options and narrowed it down.
