Given how much ppl around me seem to be into leaving to form their own communities, I'm sorta surprised I haven't yet heard any black people suggest moving en masse to a predominantly black country to make their own city there, given how displeased they are about the US.

Humans get attached to where they are pretty quickly and quite strongly. I mean, you don't see libertarians, progressives, jewish people, or any other group moving en masse to be in their own nations or states either.

Yes, but they almost never follow through. It's too difficult. When ethnic migration does happen, it's usually because one group is ejected during a conflict.
