I think the wording I would use is more concrete and unarguable, something like "when you x, I feel y, and this is really painful for me" Cause ppl can argue you're not actually harmed, but they can't argue you're not in pain

That might be the way she expresses her love, and you can accept that about her, but you don't have to accept her expression itself. You can be like "Okay, and you need to accept my boundaries/my choice to not be here to experience the way you choose to express your love"
