I'm not going to say I had a full-on mystical experience, but something happened recently. I was laying in my bed and suddenly I felt this intense feeling of love for all sentient beings that was overwhelming and a clarity of vision like I've never had before. Still processing.

It was so overwhelming I could barely breath. Almost unbearable. Like a poignancy beyond comprehension of the preciousness of life and the pain that so many sentient beings feel. I know this has happened to many others, but first time I felt it this intensely.

That happened to me when I was a kid! But I thought it was more like joy/love, absolutely unbelievable.
