I hate exercise. It makes me feel bad. Buuut I think after 28 goddamn years I finally found a solo exercise activity that I don't hate - Audio Trip on the Oculus Quest with some weights strapped to my wrists. It's exhausting and I also don't hate it. I kinda like it actually.
It makes me enjoy everything more, but it doesn't seem to result in any significant changes in the kind of activity I like doing; I really like dancing and am ok with walking, and when trippin I REALLY like dancing and kinda like walking.

Yeah I guess that’s true for me too now that you mention it. I already enjoy walking/dancing/weights/stretching and they move up on the enjoyment spectrum.

I do think it’s possible to create a feedback loop, eg do something you dislike (enjoyment -1) while on psychs and then experience it at a “0”, then try it again sober and it’s a -.5 instead. Repeat until the activity gets above zero.
