I hate exercise. It makes me feel bad. Buuut I think after 28 goddamn years I finally found a solo exercise activity that I don't hate - Audio Trip on the Oculus Quest with some weights strapped to my wrists. It's exhausting and I also don't hate it. I kinda like it actually.

I did Beat Saber for a while too and it was fun, but it didn't make me actually burn as many calories as I wanted for the time period I was playing it. Audio Trip tends to get me to move more muscle groups.
