I hate exercise. It makes me feel bad.
Buuut I think after 28 goddamn years I finally found a solo exercise activity that I don't hate - Audio Trip on the Oculus Quest with some weights strapped to my wrists. It's exhausting and I also don't hate it. I kinda like it actually.

I did Beat Saber for a while too and it was fun, but it didn't make me actually burn as many calories as I wanted for the time period I was playing it. Audio Trip tends to get me to move more muscle groups.

Have you tried tennis? I'm at the same baseline but this worked for me and it has other benefits.
