A thing I learned early on in marketing: You're not just here to solve a problem, you're here to make people feel good in every way they interact with you. Great ex. of this is ; their instruction courses are hilarious. I've had to pause the videos from laughing so hard.

Did they have to do that? No, absolutely not. They could have just told me how to do the thing and been on their way, but no - they actively looked for ways to bring joy into unexpected places of the experience, and that's impressive.

Yes! Deeply agree. Totally different tone, not applicable for all businesses but had the same thoughts about windscribe recently.

It might be a sleep deprivation thing but @windscribecom's mails always make me giggle. I now see their tweets do too. I wish all marketing teams were as silly as theirs. If you need a laugh or just an impressively good vpn, check them out. #freepublicity #yourewelcome

1/2 Jung tells, in "The Development of Personality" about libido being a tool for thought and not only for sex - and that when libido is only sex some developmental problem happened. I feel lust for music, engineering, history, cinema and many other non sexual things.
