Good question. I never would've thought the #1 answer would be a "few times a year or less." The fact that it is—while half of people think about it at least a few times a week—lends some insight, I think, to why people don't see eye-to-eye on many life issues.

Honestly really surprised how rarely most people do! I didn’t realize it’s odd to keep it in the back of my mind all the time.

Or maybe I’m not taking “think really directly” into account enough. It’s not like I visualize it or anything. I just stay aware that I’m going to die eventually & sort of use it to motivate myself? Maybe I interpreted this survey wrong.
