Ok I'm late to the party but yeah I think it does actually seem like men are overconfident and more aggressive in conversation than women. For a long time I wasn't sure if it was just selection bias or being primed or something.

You look like the opposite! Quite confident, polite and someone who knows where she wants to be and of course to do. Men are more agressive in general. Yeap. It is the human being history.

Listen to any group of male friends interacting with each other, and count how many arguments they get into. Men argue with each other constantly, and often vigorously. But afterwards, nobody holds your positions against you. Women are much different...

They argue with each other much less, and I've found are much more likely to be uncomfortable with debates, especially vigorous ones. My theory is that arguments carry more risk in female friend groups, which are more prone to indirect conflict and competition.

Boys and girls are different. That’s all. Their virtues and their voices are different. But somehow, we’re both human.

In the Navy Senior Enlisted Academy for leadership training I have watched a video explaning some of the differences between men and women negotiating strategies in groups. It was informative.
